Stuttgart Ost Room

I'm renting a room in Stuttgart ost. It's an apartment with 3 rooms and one is now available. It's furnished; towels and bed clothes are also included. I'm relaxed and i live with a student and a lovely cat. You have free access to the kitchen, baths and the living room. The apartment is located 25 min walking from the city center. We're also near by a ubahn and bus station, supermarkets and others stores. We speak English, German and Spanish! It is an appartement with 3 sleeping rooms, living, kitchen, lavatory (WC) and bath-room and a little balcony. Living, kitchen, lavatory, bath-room and balcony. It's a quarter near parks and supermarkets, diferents restaurants etc. The neighbourhood is kindness. It's not quiet, because ist is near main streets. I am living since 6 years here and I love my quarter. Very good bus and tram connection. Between 10 and 15 minutes to the mainstation and centre.
