Charming stay with an Amazing view

Easy to reach to famous and must visit places in Gothenburg by trams, ferries or walk. The apartment located in a very charming and cosy area. I rent out bedroom in a 64m2 apartment, on 7th floors. The room with the double bed for two guests (I sleep in the living-room). From the living room, bedroom and balcony you can see an amazing view and two of Gothenburgs icons: Erikberg & Älvsborg bridge. Less than 2 minutes to trams 3 & 9 which takes 10 minutes to the city center or tram 11 will take 15 minutes to Saltholmen where you change to ferries and reach to the archipelago islands outside of Gothenburg. You can easy walk distance (20 - 35 minutes) to Slottskogen park, Botoniska garden, Eriksberg, city center, Haga street or 5 minutes to Röda Sten The guests are access to the kitchen, badrooom, livingroom and balcony. I have shampoo, badgel and towels so you don't need to take them along. Linen and beddens are included. The apartment is non-smoke one. Pets and Aminals are not allowed either. You can bring/buy your breakfast/meal and eat in the dining room and clearn after yourself. I'm 31, a student and friendly person, travel much myself so you are welcome to hangout or chatting around but I do need my quiet zone after 23!
