Very pretty country cottage in logs from 2 to 8 people, recently renovated, located at a dead end, close to a rivers crossing, 5 miles from Annecy Lake, Chamonix, Geneva. Very calm. Large terrace full southern. Home Cinema, connected TV. WIFI, Netflix. Very pretty and calm country cottage in logs from 2 to 8 people, recently renovated, 3 STARS ( by Tourism Office), located in the border of a forest, at the crossing of 2 rivers and 5 miles from the Annecy Lake. Very calm. Very healthy area with beautiful view on Parmelan mountain. Located at the end of a dead end, very quiet. No cars around ... Sunny terrace full southern. Home cinema (52 inches screen), HD and Sattelite TV. Canal +, Canal Sat, DVD and Blue Ray player for rainy days (sometimes ...). Lot of books (french and english), CD's and DVD's available. Nice and cosy fire place. WiFi/ADSL access. All includes. Very good and easy location. Annecy's lake and all Annecy's attractions are 10/15 minutes by car only. Chamonix and Megève are one hour by car. Geneva airport and city is 35 mn by freeway. Annecy airport/TGV train station is 15 mn. 8 miles km from Plateau des Glières (for nordic skiing and beautiful walks), 10 miles from Le Semnoz (nordic and alpine skiing), 35 minutes from La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand (nordic and alpine skiing). No public transit. You need a car, a motorbike ... or bikes for sportsmen ! Then you will have the best rest ever ! 5 miles from the speedway Annecy-North, 6 miles from the airport of Annecy, 23 miles from the airport of Geneva, 9 miles from the plate of Glières (ski touring and excursion), 18 miles from Clusaz and Large Bornand, one hour fromn Chamonix and beautiful Mont Blanc by speedway. I will do my best to help and to give a few tips. Very calm and quiet. Located at the dead end of the road but near to all the activities Annecy's Lake (10 mn by car).
