Spacious, centrally located flat

Our cool and cosy flat has two bedrooms and is ideally located to explore the city. 4 tram lines and 2 bus lines are a few steps away, the main station is only 3 stops away. The flat is fully furnished and has everything you need to feel at home. We have two bedrooms with a king size bed in each (160 x 200). Ideally, the maximum occupancy is of 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. . If you want to book with more adults/children, please write us and we see what we can do with additional beds. Please be aware that the second bedroom is only available if you book for 3 or 4 persons. The second bedroom is on the same floor, but with a separate entrance. It is ideal for a second couple, an additional person or teenagers, but not so for very small children as this room is situated on the same floor (no other flats on this floor and top floor, so really private) but outside the flat (a mansarde room). This room is not suited for small children if not accompained by at least one adult. Bedlinen and towels will be provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, nutribullet and dish washer. For coffee, we use the bialetti moka express, (no coffee machine available). The bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower and you will also find the washing machine there. We will be travelling when our flat is available, but you can reach us everytime through the Airbnb messenger. The neighborhood is quiet. You can find a bakery/coffee right across the street, a supermarket one tram station or a few minutes away. As the city centre of Zurich is rather small, you can find everything you need, from shops to restaurants, in a short distance. In summer you can take a swim in the river Limmat (you can go walking). Other than that, you can stroll around the old town, visit the shops at the 'Viadukt' (shops created under the train bridge, a must do!), visit the many parks, the Landesmuseum, make a tour of the lake with the ship (go to Bürkliplatz to take the boat and tickets). Or for a long stay, you could visit other cities, which are in easy reach thanks to our fabulous railway net. Note for guests travelling with children: The mirror and the shelf in the living room are not secured to the wall. The shelves in the second bedroom are not secured to the wall.
