It offers privacy and leafy views from balcony and windows. Within walking distance from Canley Vale and Cabramatta train stations, the apartment is nearby shops, parks, public schools, plenty of restaurants and entertainment. There is everything you need, from a fully stocked kitchen to guest amenities, linen and towels. It is very clean and inviting with an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge. The kitchen has an electric cook top, electric oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle and a coffee machine. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer in the laundry. The bathroom has been semi renovated recently, with a new vanity and shower installed. The two bedrooms have built in mirror wardrobes with a queen bed in each bedroom.
