The housing decor is a blend of mid century modern with a southwestern flare. Minimal, fresh and clean. There are 4 beds, 2 King and 2 queen. Varying firmness/plush levels to accommodate preferences. There is a fabulous propane fireplace and relaxing patio! The house is on the bluffs and you can see the beautiful distant shoreline. The area is exceptionally quiet, offering the most beautiful sunsets you'll ever experience. This enchanting escape is perfect for couples, groups, and families. Our home is over 4,000 square feet of single level privacy. Super open spaces, unbeatable view, new furnishings, new washer/dryer and appliances. Every room is relaxing and spacious, easy communication with intercom. Guests have access to the entire house! There are not areas blocked off, and guests can also hike outside of our property line onto BLM property to access the coast of Elephant Butte Lake! If guests don’t want to hike, they can take an easy drive with our access pass to the lake shore and go for a swim, boat ride, or jet skiing! At this time we are offering contactless check in/check out! We have wonderful support people in town should you need anything- however unless requested there is no need for any interaction. We fell in love with this house in part because its so incredibly private... And see that as one of its greatest assets! We will give you the privacy and support you may require. The atmosphere is like no other. Our home is across from the largest privately owned property in the United States. Ov (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) acres of nature preserve is across the street! We LOVE the desert, and LOVE the water! Truth or Consequences is a small town with a creative flare. Hot springs are amazing, and positive, relaxing energy fills the air. If you're looking for a private New Mexican escape, or the nicest place to stay anywhere near the spaceport or southwest NM film locations, this home is marvelous. Visitors will need their own vehicle. There is a 2 car garage and space for additional parking and RV and/or boat parking Our home is located about 15 minutes from town and the space port. It's location is perfection! Easy driving distance to all, private, dead end road, incredible privacy, and lake front from the bluffs with offerings of jet ski and boat rentals and beaches on the other side of the lake!
