Villa with calm and direct access to the beach. 3 parental suites, swimming pool, gym, office, fibre broadband, IPTV, pool. Covered parking. CCTV and Alarm installed at the property. Keety is the governess of the house if you need she will prepare your meals during your stay. The villa is located in a residential area away from the bustle of areas such as Grand Baie or Flic en Flac,..... in order to privilege the rest! I insist on this. The house has been extended from a classic Mauritian Beach house in 2013. We designed the house for our family and how we live when we visit our peers in Mauritius. We are French and we actually live in London so we understand European Tourism and Clients expectations. The house is available according to your time of arrival and departure, we'll try not to rush you. The only imperative we have is to keep at least 24 hours between each client to let us clean the house. This was chosen as we want to rest when we are in Mauritius. All the activities area are within a 30/60 minutes drive. There are even a Club Med Hotel 15 minutes from the House where you can enjoy their Spa and facilities if you want to book. (this is the case in most of the Hotels of the Island) There is a supermarket for day to day groceries just 5 minutes from the House (London Market). There is a Mall where you'll find World Brands, Restaurants etc... Just 15 minutes from the house. (called Bagatelle) Port-Louis Center is just 10 minutes from the house too. There is a bus stop joining directly Port-Louis just a few meters from the Villa Entrance. We advise to rent a car or have a chauffeur. This is more or less the same price as a sedan car. (75 euros per day). In our experience, a stay of 10 days is a nice duration. You'll need to rest from the flights and take your marks on the island. 10 days is a great figure to find Balance between enjoying the Villa and visiting the Island. Important, The Villa cleaning is under your responsibility during your vacations. The Villa is quite large and can welcome up to 6 people, we advise you to be careful not to bring too much sand inside.
