Our house is located in the center of Montreux, everything is accessible by foot ; only 3 minutes away from the lake and the 2m2c Congress Center and 8 minutes from the CFF train station. - Please note that two long stairs are taking place between the lake and our house. The transport of suitcases may require some effort... The accommodation includes the entire 1st floor of a private villa from 1930 beautifully renovated. In the heart of the Riviera, this apartment has an exceptional view of the lake and the Dents du Midi! It includes : - a large vestibule / office - a bedroom with a dressing room - a south-facing living room with a balcony - a well-equipped kitchen / dining room - a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine - and a wonderful balcony! The entrance is private and wifi is available. - Le logement comprend tout le 1er étage d'une villa privative des années 1930 joliment rénovée. Au coeur de la Riviera, cet appartement possède une vue exceptionnelle sur le lac et les Dents du Midi ! L'entrée est privative et le wifi est disponible. Please note : there is no direct access by car. The access to the house is a pedestrian path with stairs and therefore not suitable for people with reduced mobility. A toll parking is situated 200 meters away. - Attention : il n'y a pas d'accès direct en voiture. L'accès à la maison est un chemin piéton comprenant des escaliers et ne convenant donc pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Un parking payant se trouve à 200 mètres. The City tax of Montreux is 6 Frs per person and night, to pay cash on place. The RivieraCard is included for our guests.
