Unlock the door to something special – our house has been luxuriously furnished and decorated to create one of the most unique properties in the area. A calm, cozy and bright space a short 10 minute stroll away from Dalyellup Beach. Lay in your bed and listen to the waves roll in. Complimentary local wine, WIFI, Netflix, Ducted reverse cycle heating/cooling, plenty of amenities (toys/books, stocked pantry) for the whole family! Sleeps 6. All bed linen and bath towels/mats provided. Perfectly positioned for your Southwest getaway! 30 min from Busselton, 60 min drive to Margaret River. Or stay local to Bunbury! The house is comprised of two very comfortable queen rooms with luxury bedding, and our ‘kids quarters’ with bunk beds and books/toys to keep the little ones happy. The Bathrooms have been recently renovated, so enjoy that shower after visiting the beautiful local beaches or wineries. Plenty of space for the kids to run around outdoors in the enclosed and secure backyard (while you take it easy with that glass of local wine). Enjoy the extra amenities in the fridge and pantry including sauces, spreads, tea, coffee, sugar, long life milk, porridge and cooking oil. Plus- Coffee! Nespresso Coffee machine and milk frother to wake up to each day! If you are itching to get to the beach, we have beach chairs for your use if required. Guest access 3 bedrooms including master with attached ensuite and 2x walk-in robes, open plan kitchen/living/dining with setting for 6, full second bathroom with separate bathtub, laundry, alfresco and enclosed yard. Weber BBQ outside. TV/Wifi/Netflix access. NEW- Pull out single sofa/ottoman bed in property for extra sleeping (please contact host for the extra linen at $30/stay) SELF CHECK-IN with onsite secure lock box. Please note: We do not accept pets, parties or campers. Inside is a smoke free zone. Entire house except one cupboard (laundry). We live locally (in Dalyellup) and can be available if any concerns in a flash! There is information on local activities and restaurants at the home, but feel free to contact us for recommendations! -Lots of parks and walking paths along the local beaches. -Walk just metres to the wooden stairs to take you down to Lakes park - Large shade sail covered playground for the kiddos there. Street food trucks are often situated here on a Saturday night if you are wanting a 'quick bite' -Dalyellup shops 5 minutes drive away (Woolworths, Bakers Delight, Chemist, Red dot, plus coffee shops, Pizza, Fish and Chips). -'Gravity' indoor trampoline park in this shopping centre if you have kids wanting to get rid of some energy! -Bunbury City 15 minutes away, a bit further is Busselton (30 minutes), Dunsborough (45 min) and Margaret River (60 min). -The Geographe wine region is on your doorstep with Capel, Busselton, Harvey, and the Ferguson Valley. -Bus stop close by for public transport options.
