Comfy Queen bed and modern private room, it is a perfect central located in one of Wavell's highest points, this luxury family home is walking distance to Westfield Chermside and neighbours to Prince Charles Hospital, close to Coles/Woolworths/Aldi Toombul Shopping Centers. Lost of food and restaurant option around. Also it is just 10 minites away from Brisbane airport, 15 minites drive to Brisbane CBD. This is a 5 bedsrooms house, all 5 bedrooms are located downstairs. I am living upstairs. This room is a modern private room with a superb comfy queen bed(please note there is no air-con in the room) .There is a secure lock and key.Share spacious living room and a luxury big hotel stylish shower room. Free coffee, tea, sugar at anytime. Free wi-fi access 24hrs. You are able to access all the first floor including the front and back yard including the garage. I will always be available if you have any questions or need help, I am a friendly host and would love to share you everything, but if you need your own privace and I won't disturb you anyway. We are available to provide airport pick-up service, the cost is required to pay separately. Please inform the flight and time in advance. Wavell Heights is central located on the highest point in Brisbane. 10 mins drive to the airport and 15 mins to the CBD. A Cafe Lacuna is just opposite side of our house and there is a Thai On Rode Takeaway Restaurant 200m away. Prince Charles Hospital is 2KM away. The biggest shopping center Chermside Shopping Center is only 1.9KM from the place, banks,variety stores, cinemas, Kmart,Big W and supermarkets. Close to lots of food and restaurants. You may find anything you want here. We will have 2 free parking slot, and there is lots of free street parking 1. A bus station is just 150 metre down the road with direct buses to the city and the Chermside Shopping Center. 2.The most nearby train station is 2.5km away. You need to take a bus near our house to the train station. 3. There are 2 parking lot in the house and lots of free street parking. 4.10 mins drive to Brisbane airport and 15 mins drive to Brisbane CBD 1. Darwin is a room close to the street, it might be a littel bit noisy in day time and there is no wadrobe but we equipment a bigh clothes hanger in the room , it's a bright and a simply room 1.
