A cozy apartment in a small condominium with private garden and paddle court. Only 3 kms away from the beautiful San Vicente de la Barquera and 10 kms from Comillas. Perfect for surf, hiking, golf, or simply relax. You will have access to the whole apartment, a parking lot, a basement, a private garden to spend hours looking at the sea, and a paddle court. This is my summer house, so I am not there when my guests visit it. However, I am reachable at any time by phone or email. Also, a local partner is in charge. I love animals, but I would not admit pets in the aparment. You can smoke, but only in the garden and not indoors.
