Nice house close to communication and nature

Great atmosphere close to nature and Stockholm city. You will love this spacious old (built 1908) but yet fully modern 155 sqm house with it’s large 1250 sqm garden. Ideal for families or groups with a very nice sunny terrace with grill and large dining table. Lots of opportunities for play or just chilling. Bus stop outside the house and close to train station that takes you in to Stockholm city in less than 15 min. Also close to a forest. Lake with beach 2 km away. You have full access to the whole house except some private closets I will be in Stockholm during your stay so I am available if you have any needs or wonder about something. You have a nice forest for running or walking just 500 m from the house. Supermarkets, shops and restaurants are all close to the house. Busstop just in front of the house. Close (10 min walk) to Älvsjö train station with direct trains to Stockholm city and Arlanda Airport.
