Villa Valle del Sole is finally ready to welcome you. Our house has been completely restored and furnished with great attention to every detail. The house is surrounded by vineyards and hills and is 2 km from Orsogna. It is situated between Lanciano and Guardiagrele and is 20 minutes from both the sandy beaches and the mountains. It isn't always easy to find a holiday home for large groups of friends. Villa Valle del Sole can host up to 14 people comfortably and is the perfect place to create memories! The House "L'Ulivo" has a new fully equipped kitchen, an eating area where up to 10 people can dine comfortably, a cozy living room with a sofa bed, and a 32" flat screen tv, a bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and ensuite bathroom, a bedroom with a double bed and a second bathroom. Each of the bedrooms has a ceiling fan, air conditioning and 24" led tv for your comfort. "Il Gelso" is on two floors. The ground floor has a spacious kitchen with everything you will need to prepare gourmet meals and up to 12 people can eat comfortably. There is also a cozy living room with a sofabed, armchair and a 50" flat screen tv. The first floor offers three elegantly furnished bedrooms and a bathroom. Each of the three bedrooms has a ceiling fan and the double rooms both have a 24" led tv. The Garden Our guests can relax in the garden and enjoy the view while cooling off in the pool or in the whirlpool. There is also a private fenced-in parking lot, an outdoor bathroom and a barbecue area with tables and chairs for relaxing outdoor dining. Come and enjoy your home away from home! My husband and I will be at the house when you arrive to give you the keys and instructions regarding the house. We will be available during your stay should you need assistance with anything. Before the arrival of our guests, every room in the accommodation is sanitized with ozone after each stay to eliminate germs, viruses and bacteria.
