Robin's Nest is a stunning hand built cabin that has been designed for those looking to escape the ways of normal life. The hand built cabin has been well thought out with soft lighting to create a cosy environment. Robin's Nest Cabin will ensure you:- Wake up to stunning views, rollings fields, warm sunrises in the summer and frosty fields in the winter and stunning sunsets Wrapping up in warm woollies for long winter walks or taking advantage of the outdoor sitting area to take in the long summer days. The cabin is generous in its space, with an open plan kitchen, relaxing area with sofa. The large French windows allow you to take advantage of the amazing views, and a deep filled king size bed, which has a further window, allowing you to sit in bed and soak up the far reaching views. There is a hidden TV, which can be raised up, to take in some films. There is a large en-suite shower room. This cabin is fully heated and is a warm and cosy place to come for the winter and equally a beautiful and stunning setting for summer, where you can open up the French windows and take advantage of the views. The cabin is situated in a private field and is one of 3 cabins in a curved line, but each cabin has been designed with privacy in mind. Robin's Nest now has a hot tub (chargeable as an extra but you do not have to have it to stay). It is an eco wood fired hot tub and is situated to the top of this cabin to take advantage of the stunning views and the starry nights. Towels, sheets and special toiletries are provided. Follow is a beautiful village with a famous duck pond and an excellent local pub which is walking distance from the cabin. There is plenty of parking. We are set in the heart of the Peak District, so all the attractions are a short distance away. Chatsworth House - Home of the Dukes of Devonshire, the Cavendish Family. When you drive across the surrounding park and see Chatsworth House for the first time, a sumptuous pile of yellow stone surrounded by gardens, fronted by the River Derwent and backed by a tree-covered hillside, it fairly takes your breath away. The cable cars now mean visitors reach the top without such effort, but the reward is the same as the views remain truly breathtaking. Over two centuries later you are still able to wander around the estate with its zigzag paths and woodland trails and it is easy to understand why the area proved inspirational to the Romantic movement of the period.
