Quiet, comfortable, spacious room in stylish but relaxed apartment, close to restaurants, bars, cafe life and the beaches of St Kilda and easy city access via public transport. Harper's is a private room, tucked away at the rear of a contemporary apartment block right in the heart of St Kilda. THE APARTMENT The apartment has two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, an open plan living and dining room, a single bathroom with large shower and a sunny courtyard that leads to a communal garden. The bedroom is spacious and stylish. AREA The apartment is super quiet despite being in the middle of all the buzz around. I don't provide breakfast but the cafe downstairs is great. The St Kilda tram station is just a short walk away and has regular trams into the CBD or other areas of Melbourne. There is tourist information and many other shops within walking distance. It's just a short walk or a 5 minute walk to cafes, the beach and everything St Kilda has to offer. YOUR HOST I am a single creative professional woman. I am away quite a bit but when I am home I share with my very friendly labradoodle George. Guests are welcome to share my home as if it was their own. The kitchen is fully equipped and you are welcome to use it. I am always happy to meet and have a chat with guests and tell them anything they need to know about the area. If you prefer to keep to yourself that is fine. The room is spacious and private and has a TV/DVD player. St Kilda is a great hub for travellers to Melbourne. There is street life in nearby Carlisle, Acland and Fitzroy streets, the beach, great restaurants and nightlife all within easy walking distance of the apartment. The Tram which takes you straight to the city is only a few steps away from the apartment.
