You will literally walk where the ancient Etruscans tanned skins, with a portion of the floor with exposed ruins. Outside instead, from the garden, you can enjoy a splendid view of the city, relaxed, in the shade of the vine, during sunset. The apartment, recently renovated, is truly unique and its foundations are a real historical find. A portion of the floor is made of glass, to allow you to admire the ancient well, with exposed water, from which the Etruscans drew to tan leather. The plunge into the ancient world does not end here: besides the well you can also admire an ancient Etruscan ossuary, also illuminated and exposed. You will find all this in the living area, sitting comfortably on a sofa bed for 2 people, where you can enjoy modern comforts immersed in an antique-style frame. In addition to the intrinsic historical and cultural charm of the apartment, you can take advantage of the large garden, enriched by a barrel vault, cool and shaded thanks to a screw that climbs along the entire perimeter. From here you can enjoy a beautiful view of Perugia, especially at sunset, really suggestive. We have illuminated and set up this pretty little niche with a wooden table, so you can have lunch and dinner in the open air, enjoying a spectacular city setting. We then embellished the garden with medicinal plants, which you can use as much as you like the kitchen, and ornamental ones, including splendid roses. The bathroom is carefully finished with tiles and the shower is very spacious. The apartment is located in a side street of Garibaldi, one of the most important and characteristic streets of Perugia, where you can visit one of the flowers in the buttonhole of the city: the Tempio di Sant’Angelo. You can also reach, with a short walk, Vannucci, the main square (IV Novembre) and the Fontana Maggiore.
