Take off shoes upon entry and place in the shoe rack beside the stairs. 2. Smoking is ONLY allowed outside of the house (pool area, balcony, parking area) 3. Parties are allowed but please keep noise to a MINIMUM so that you don't disturb neighbors. Loud noises should be avoided between 10PM - 7AM. 4. Turn EVERYTHING off when leaving the house, close windows, and lock the door. 5. This is a house and NOT a hotel. Please understand that there are no concierge services, room service, etc as there are in hotels. 6. Keep the house clean just like your own home. Thank you very much! ☞ Transport from Mactan-Cebu International Airport (30-40 mins) - We suggest booking a GrabTaxi/GrabCar (Uber). This is the best option on getting around Cebu and avoid issues of ride overpricing. ☞ CARETAKER - She lives in the property but she has her own space so privacy will not be an issue - She maintains the cleanliness of the property and can help you with basic daily cleaning of shared spaces ONLY like the living room, kitchen, pool area. She will not clean your rooms for your security.
