Newly renovated cottage for Run, Bike & Walks

Brand new barn conversion. I have tried to maintain the character. The decor is Agri/industrial re-using as much of the raw materials around the farm. It has 3 double bedrooms all on-suite. 1 x Very large bedroom upstairs with sofa and balcony and 2 smaller ground floor bedrooms. Each room has TV and wifi. Main living room includes kitchen, table, and large L-shaped sofa and coffee table. Outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and covered area for storing bikes etc. The cottage is meant for people who want to escape to the country for peace and space from city life. Lots of places to walk, bike, run from the house. We have some of the best road and mountain trails in the area and I encourage you to take advantage of the area. Extra £10 per night per dog. The whole cottage and balcony and your own courtyard outside the main entrance I'm usually around most days for help except Mondays and Tuesdays. We live off the main road. Lovely for daily walks. The nearest town is Llandeilo which is 1.5 miles away. It has lovely coffee shops, supermarket, delicatessen, pubs as well as takeaways. Walk, bike, run, car. Recommended areas to visit Black mountains, Brecon Beacons (bike, run, walks) Dinefwr Park National Trust (walk, run). Lots of cycling routes from the house, too many to list. The Sea is 45min away in 3 directions! West (Pembroke), North West (Cardigan), South West (Gower). The Tour Of Britain Cycle Race this year. Bike Cleaning/washdown area behind the cottage for bikes and dogs!
