Please respect these rules and leave the premises in the same condition as you found. By reserving, the guests undertake to respect the internal regulations. In case of breakage, damage or loss, please report it during your stay, even if no damage seems apparent. In the event of loss or damage to elements of the accommodation, the amount of the deposit may be reduced by the cost of repair or possible replacement. The guests will need to complete an online check-in form prior to arrival. (A copy of the ID is required) Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation and in the common areas, a fee of 250 EUR will be charged on your security deposit in case of tobacco smell or other. Parties/events are not allowed in the property, a penalty fee of 250 EUR will be applied on your security deposit in case of party or noise nuisance. Pets are not allowed in the property. Please note that a fee of up to EUR 50 may be charged on your security deposit in case of lack of cleanliness, in particular if the accommodation is not left in good condition at your departure (trash must be taken out and deposited in the household waste bins, the refrigerator must be emptied, the dishes must be washed and put away, appliances must be returned clean) or in case of excessive usage of linens (bedding) and towels.
