Welcome to your home away from home. This is a new place, built only 3 years ago, in a great location, right by a river. We love our home and surely you will as well. It's located only 2 minutes away from Yogyakarta's ring road, giving you easy access to all the attractions in and around the city (e.g. Jogja City Mall - 10 minutes away), but it is quiet and tranquil, away from the traffic. The house features 2 bedrooms, a large living space and a covered open air kitchen and dining area. In your new kitchen you will find all the necessary utensils for cooking, making coffee or tea and of course for eating. There is also a large fridge with a freezer for your convenience, and a washer (Soap, detergent, softener provided). You can dry your clothes on a rack that we provide as well. The open air kitchen and dining area can be used for a small get-together or for late night chats and it has an air cooler. There is a generous living area with a TV, a fan, an L shaped couch, a coffee table etc. We also provide a potable water fountain that is free to use. There are 2 bedrooms with kingsize beds and some storage space available. The bigger bedroom has a TV and Air Conditioning, while the second one has an Air conditioning, and portable massager. One bathroom with hot water shower available with all toiletries provided free of charge. We also have a digital foot massager and personal back massager that are free to use. The entire house is at your disposal and there is a small garden in front (feel free to water the plants) and a sitting area. Also a parking spot for a car or multiple scooters/motorcycles is available. For English speaking guests only, we ask you to kindly get in contact via (Hidden by Airbnb) , This is a great area and everything is within reach. Only 5 minutes away is Westlake resto, a fantastic place to spend an entire day. Sindu Kusuma Edupark is 10 minutes away and highly recommended if you are travelling with kids. If you like jogging, you can do that in the area nearby. People are very friendly, just say hi. If you are looking for a busy, more entertaining place, Malioboro is 15 minutes away. Best way to get around is GoJek or Grab (motorcycle UBER basically), but you can also call a cab. If you need anything in particular or would like to arrange something in advance, do not hesitate to let us know. We will do everything possible to fulfil your requests. If you land at Adisutjipto International Airport, better take a cab from there. There are machines in the luggage collecting area that give you a taxi fare in advance so you know what to expect. The ride is about 30 minutes and generally costs around IDR 90k (AUD $8). If you rent a car, we can send you the location in advance so you are prepared. You can buy a sim card as soon as you are out of the airport with a number and internet for around IDR 150k (AUD $14) and its good for a whole month. If arriving via bus or train, things are easier and closer. Just let us know, and we will try to advise as best as we can, so you are at ease. We can offer 2 bicycles free to use during your stay, however it is only on request at the time of check in. The house is located in a quiet area at the end of a street and we have lovely neighbours, but we ask that you please keep the noise level down late at night (no loud music or that sort of thing).
