Historic Maldon Studio
Sited in one of Maldon's more prominent 140 year old heritage listed buildings, this accommodation would have to be one of the most unique stays in our historic town. It is quiet and peaceful, but just a short walk to the town "centre". The Studio Apartment can sleep up to 2 people. There is a queen size bed and its own bathroom Built in (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) , this lovely old brick and corrugated iron building started life as "Brook's' General Store" and operated continually until (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) It has now been converted to comfortable self-contained apartments but still retains much of its original characteristics and atmosphere with great views overlooking the township and towards the Mount. Enter the apartment from Edwards St around the corner from the old grainstore shop building on Templeton St There's an accommodation sign on the doors Just lift the metal latch (loop) backwards ,it can be a bit stiff sometimes and always secure the doors by closing them with the loop l am available any time email. (Email hidden by Airbnb) mobile (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Please let me know if you need anything or have any questions 😊 The carport is for use for the Main Apartment guests but if you need especially to use the carport you can ask the other guests,theres never been a problem so far There's also a side entrance to Templeton St If you mention that you are staying at the grainstore you get a 10 percent discount on breakfast and lunch at the Maldon Cafe in the Main St
