GUESTS OCCUPY ENTIRE TOP FLOOR, 1,500 sq. ft., and hosts live on the ground floor. Amenities include an en suite bedroom with a king bed, a dining room, a den, a living room that separates the 2nd bedroom with a queen bed & an adjoining bathroom for two additional guests. The TV is in the living room using Dish. A full kitchen, large deck, a patio, and a bocci ball court, and lovely gardens are available for your use. Sorry, no pets. or children under 12 years old. The master bedroom is spacious and light with a king bed with en suite bathroom. There is a private patio off the bedrooms and a full deck overlooking the wooded valley off the front of the house. We have books, games, TV, and music CDs for your use as well. We have a coffee and tea amenities also. There is a private entrance to the bedrooms from the patio. We have lovely gardens and places to space-out and relax in. If you're into bocci ball (lawn bowling), or bag- hole, they are available also. We are always happy to help our guests in any way we can, but we also value your privacy. We just want you to enjoy your stay with us. Our home is situated on the side of a hill overlooking a wooded valley. We have flower gardens and many places to sit and take in the verdant views. We are about a 20 minute drive to the Eugene airport and 6 miles to the U. of O., per Mapquest.
