Lovely and quiet appartment close to the city.

Our cosy 44m² 2 room appartment is close to the city Ravensburg in southern Germany. It is the perfect apartment for parties for up to 4 people. It has one bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping couch in the living room for another 2 people. If needed, we offer also a baby bed or high chair. Our apartment is in the house we own ourselves, with its own patio at the back of the house. It has a bedroom with a doublebed (160cmx200cm) and a living room with a bed-couch for 2 adults. In the kitchen, you'll find a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, stove and oven. Furthermore, you have a bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment has its own entrance, so that you can enjoy your privacy. However we are living upstairs,in case that you'll have any questions during your stay. Your apartment has its own entrance so that you can enjoy full privacy. The apartment has its own deck/ patio which is perfect for a little barbeque in the evening or just relaxing. We enjoy meeting all of our guests, but we respect their privacy and space as well. Please feel free to interact with us as much, or as little as you'd like. The four of us are living in the same house. As we usually get fresh bread and rolls for ourselves at the weekends, just let us know if you would like to order bread and rolls as well, so you can sleep in! We are living in the southern part of Ravensburg in southern Germany. You can walk within 20 min into the city centre where you'll find very nice restaurants, shops and museums. Directly in our district you'll find in an area of 300m three restaurants, a pizza delivery and two bakeries. A huge supermarket and postoffice as well as a pharmacy are in 250 m distance. Nearby there a nice walking routes, bicycle ways and parks. There are also two children playgrounds, one with goats and ducks to feed. If you want to bring your own bikes, we'll find a place in our garage. There are fantastic cycling routes around, mountainbiking as well as road cycling. To the lake constance (Bodensee) it will take approx. 45-60 min by bike. With car you are in Austria within 45 min (e.g. Bregenz popular for its Bregenzer Festspiele/ Opera on the lake), Switzerland in 60 min. The Bavarian Allgäu with wonderful hiking possibilities and amazing scenery is reached within 45min. There are so many things to do nearby, e.g. hiking, cycling, sailing, swimming, diving, paragliding, and a lot more. Just ask us if you need inspiration! The next bus stop into city centre is just around the corner in 100m. You will also find a train station in our neighbourhood (500m) with trains going into Ravensburg city, Ulm, Friedrichshafen and Friedrichshafen airport. The airport is 20 min away by car, 15 min by train. By car you will come to Ravensburg via the B30 from Ulm with the exit Ravensburg Süd, from where you'll arrive within 5 min at the apartment. To the Bodensee / lake Constance it will take you about 20 min by car. The car can be parked at the street. Die B30 führt nach Norden Richtung Ulm und ist innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen (hören tut Ihr sie aber nicht). Nach Süden Richtung Bodensee fährt man ebenfalls über die B30, aber über die Dörfer. We don't allow pets in the apartment. And smoking is forbidden. Because of the Covid 19 pandemy we offer our guests antiviral hand desinfection and surface desinfection in our apartment.
