The Cottage @ 20B Portland Street Our first bedroom sleeps 2 in a comfortable king size bed for you to enjoy a relaxing night’s rest. This room can also be made up as a twin bedroom at your request. Please notify us if you would like the room set up as Twin Beds at the time of booking. There is also closet space for all of your belongings, as well as a smart TV. Our second bedroom sleeps 2 in a double bed. The room also offers a closet for all of your belongings, as well as a smart TV. Our bathroom is equipped with a large modern shower and w/c facilities. Our open plan modern living space has a comfortable seating area and dining table, as well as a smart TV. Our kitchen has all the facilities and equipment you need to rustle up your favourite meal. Outside there is a garden for you to use if you wish, and off road parking for 2 cars on our driveway. You have free unlimited access to WiFi, and all the essentials are provided for your stay. Check in and check out is completely contactless, so you don't need to worry about social distancing. Check in is from 15:30pm and check out is 10:30am. Portland House is within a 10-minute drive to all of our golf courses, including the famous Birkdale Golf Club, Southport and Ainsdale Golf Club, Hesketh Golf Club, Hillside Golf Club, Southport Old Links Golf Club and Southport Golf Links. Transport Links We have excellent train service links direct to Liverpool and Manchester, including a direct train from Manchester Airport to Southport train station. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are unable to offer late check out or early check in times. This is so that we have time to ensure all cleaning and sanitising protocols adhered to.
