This newly built house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big kitchen with an open living and dining area and a wonderful place to sit outside to enjoy the garden and the sunset. Nyumbani, translates into „feel at home“, with locally handcrafted furniture and a real Zanzbarian door the villa invites you to your home on Zanzibar! From the balcony upstairs you enjoy seaview. The most beautiful beaches are only a short walking distance (10-15min) away. Security on site at night. Free wifi. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room for a total of 6 guests will await you in my house. All bedrooms are equipped with locally crafted furniture, mosquito nets and air-condition. The kitchen features a fridge, oven, washing machine, coffee machine as well as all needed kichten supplies. The living and dining area are also equipped with an air-condition and comfortable hand crafted furniture. The TV receives international channels. You have Wifi in the whole house. Only the first GB at arrival are for free, then you recharge the wifi yourself. You will have access to the the number of bedrooms booked and the whole ground floor with living and dining room as well as the kichen. The garden can also be used to lounge and enjoy the beautiful Zanzibari weather. For your convenience you can find small supermarkets and a few restaurants in a short walking distance. An information binder with all needed contact details is in the house and will give you some ideas and local contacts to the best activities on Zanzibar. We will always be available for you on the phone during your stay, if you have any questions. The international neighbourhood is always very helpful. A number of hotels where you can use the sunbeds on the beach are very close (at additional charge). Contact me for any assitance you need with transportation from or to the airport. Our driver can pick you up, also in case you want to explore the island with a private guide. Special rates can be arragned for you. We are able to organise breakfast for you in the morning. Just let us know and someone will come to prepare a breakfast for you in our kitchen for a small additional cost. At night from 7pm until 8am you will have a security guard in the yard, for your safety at night.
