Bosun's Rest

Bosun's Rest is a two bedroom maisonette in the heart of Beer, South Devon. It is very near to pubs and shops and just 100 metres to the beach. It has parking for two cars, a fully fitted kitchen and a stunning balcony. It is clean, modern and very comfortable. The loft bedroom has a king sized double bed and its own en suite with bath and shower. The lower bedroom has twin single beds. There is a separate bathroom on this floor with a shower. The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle and all the cutlery, crockery, etc that you will require. The lounge has 2 sofas, plus a 32" TV, DVD player and stereo. The whole property has double glazing and central heating. There is parking enough for 2 cars which is a rare luxury considering its position in Beer and proximity to the shops, pubs and beach. Our weekly lets go from Friday to Friday, but we allow short breaks too outside of the main school holidays.
