The ample living room has a dining area for up to six people, a comfy seating area with a sofa bed for two people, a new Smart TV and access onto a lovely terrace with views over the Mar Menor sea, perfect to enjoy the unique sunsets. The main bedroom has a double bed, its own private terrace and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower; the second bedroom has twin beds and a balcony overlooking the Mar Menor sea. There is a family bathroom with bathtub and an independent fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric hob and galley area with washing machine. The whole apartment is equipped with new aircon units and high speed internet with fibre optic. Dogs allowed with prior notice (25€ fee for the whole stay). Smoking inside of the apartment is not allowed. Otherwise, it will result in the loss of your deposit.
