Or staying a few months for a project In need of a temporary place to stay for the first few months? ￫ I propose 5 furnished bedrooms, for individuals (or possibly couples) ￫ A friendly and cosmopolitan environment, prone to facilitate your local integration and socialization ￫ As well as our help, as applicable, to survive the local bureaucratic puzzles, and cultural translation. -Monthly affordable rental (furnished rooms) in a large apartment sharing -An all-inclusive and “plug-and-play” minded environnment. -Within a calm and green neighbourhood – although super central: CHUV is at 10min, downtown Lau’ at 15’, EPFL, UNIL, IMD and EHL at 30’. (Public transports) -Within a community project of several apartments sharing interconnected with one anothers (called “SimpleOm”), and gathering close to 20 people – mostly young professional & scholars, from all origins and walks of life. HOUSING DETAILS: -A large 130m2 apartement (incl. 80m2 of common/shared space – fully equipped); -4 indivudual rooms to rent + 3 independent suites attached (see as well the other ads on my profile); -bathrooms are shared (2 people per bathroom) or private (suites); -300mb/s internet everywhere; -A small garden -A laundry space (fully equipped – soap etc. provided) -Associated benefits (bicycles, occasional parties and group activities, etc.) -Plenty of space allowing for social interactions as privacy! -Car rental and private parking spots on request, as available MONTHLY RENT: Varies according to room size, whether the bathroom is shared/privative, and the length of stay. Count between Fr. 800 and Fr. 1’000 (for the first 3 months stay). NOT INCLUDED IN THE AIBNB PRICE / MONTHLY RENT: -Parking or car rental. -Monthly participation to expenses, running charges, professional cleaning of shared area, shared products, etc. (A constant all-inclusive flat rate, to be paid each month in a collective pot – count another Fr. 100). -Residence City Tax if applicable HOUSE MANUAL and DETAILED QUESTIONS Upon arrival, you will be given a "house manual" that details the various Do’s & Don’t. The ideal moment to get in touch usually is 2 months ahead of your estimate arrival date 4. Specify your initial date of stay, as well as the potential duration of your overall stay – if different (i.e. "2 initial months + maybe another 3 months") 5.
