Well it’s a cosy home newly painted and carpeted. Love a bit of colour which is splashed about the place. Have lived here since 2014 and we still love it. Lots of birds around and we have lots of sun You can use the back garden it’s very sunny and there is a table and benches for tea or coffee Feel free to use the tea and coffee facilities in the kitchen Yep happy to be asked questions, directions to places and happy to chat Can walk to the beach and local four square , restaurants, nail bar, pharmacy hairdressers 6km to shopping mall by care it bus You can walk, bus and we have one spare adult bicycle for you to use Can arrange yoga or Pilates classes with a bit of notice
