The Artist's Terrace

In the amazing Gulf of Tigullio, 20 minutes from the "Superba" city of GenoVa and 15 minutes from the famous Portofino, "The Artist's Terrace" offers every comfort in a quiet location and a wonderful panorama. Perfect to spend a relaxing holiday in the colorful ligurian region and for "hit-and-run" tourist, discovering the stunning, hidden beauties in our lands. The house is located in a very nice position at 90 m.o.s (meters over sea), with a 180° panorama on the sea, from east to west, and with green and nice hills behind. The apartment is part of a villa, with an indipendent entry and a laundry room just out of the door. Sarah & Fiorenza will be glad to answer all your questions and help you for any problem or need. The house is located in a quiet place, but it's not too far from to supermarket, train&bus stations, bars&restaurants, pharmacy, veterinary, bank, hairdresser, spa & gym (all reacheble in 5/10 minutes). At 200m, reacheable by feet, there are few slipway to reach the tipical cliffs, to have a bathsun or a dive. In few minutes by car/motorbike or bicicle instead you can reach the beaches of Bogliasco (on east) or Recco (on west), with sand or little stones, and both famous for a very nice surfers community. The town of Pieve Ligure is well served by train and highway. From the main stations of Genova there are regional trains coming Pieve Ligure, and once in station the road is just 10 minutes by feet. By highway, coming from west (from Genova), going out at "Genova Nervi" and keep on driving to east until you arrive in Pieve Ligure. Thje house is in the high part of the town, up the hill. Coming from West, driving until you reach "Recco" and keeo driving in direction to Genova, until you arrive in Pieve Ligure. Parking permitted in the main street. Bike and e-Bike hiring available.
