Ocean Front Adega with Beautiful View

Our home and the 1.5 acre lot ends right on the coast. With a private entrance and private picnic area with gorgeous views of the ocean and São Jorge, this is the best bargain in all of Prainha. Our summer 'adega' took 5 years to complete. Build entirely out of stone, it gives you a very country and rustic feel. The home sleeps 3 comfortably. Two in the upstairs lofted bedroom and one in the guesthouse. There is a futon sofa bed in the living room that opens to sleep another two guests. Please let me know if you plan on bringing more than 3 guests. The home does NOT have a washer and dryer, so washing clothes is done by hand if you choose. The entire property is for you to enjoy and call home for the length of your stay. The main house consists of the kitchen, dining and living room as an open space. The master bedroom is located upstairs via a spiral staircase, where it has a small restroom and walk-in closet. The guesthouse consists of a small bedroom upstairs and full bathroom downstairs. The picnic area is the highest point of the property where you have great views of the neighboring adegas and ports and gorgeous views of the ocean and São Jorge. There a two ports walking distance away (5-7min) where you can go for a swim. A Poça Branca (natural pool) is a 10 minutes walk or short a drive away. Canto da Areia is a small black sand beach that is 20 minutes walk away. You have options! There are a grocery store and cafés with all your basic necessities. I will be available by phone or text. Other wise ,i will have same one to be available for me. It is a very peaceful place to come and get away from the noise of the city. The people are very friendly and it is a great place to get in touch with nature. The views are breathtaking. There is a bus that makes frequent stops at the town center that will take you to any other town you'd like to visit and explore, if you decide not to rent a car.
