There are no TV Channels at the moment, please bring your LAPTOP and I will provide a HDMI Cable for you to connect and play Netflix . Perfectly appointed and newly renovated holiday home with attention to detail to ensure your stay with us is a happy and memorable one. We have really invested in both bedrooms with luxury bedding and memory foam mattress toppers to ensure you have the best nights sleep! In the summer we fill the house with freshly cut flowers from the garden (please tell us if you would prefer to have no flowers in the house if you have hay fever etc). There is also a beach ready grab bag at the property with beach towers, beach wedges (wicked wedge) and also picnic blankets. We also have provided 2 body boards and a surf board for use during your stay. Full access to whole house and garden If we are able to we will pop by to say a quick hello when you check in, otherwise we will be available by phone or text if you need us and leave you in peace to relax and enjoy your stay Please look at our guidebook (link below). Perfectly appointed as a gateway to the Gower; an area of outstanding natural beauty waiting to be explored (Surf, SUP, Kayak, rock climbing, fishing etc). The seafront is 15 minutes walk and the house is close to Sketty (a little village for essentials with vintage shops) and Uplands (a very busy cafe bar and restaurant area). Swansea town centre is within easy reach. Singleton park is around the corner (5 minutes on foot) where many concerts are hosted through the year. There is a cycle track which provides a flat ride to Mumbles (a quaint fishing village with beautiful shops and cafe bars) and you can cycle further to Pembrey Country Park. It is also situated very to Singleton hospital, Swansea University and the National pool (Olympic size). Please Look at our guide book (link below) In order to explore the beauty of the gower you will need a car, however the property is just a 15 min walk to Swansea bay and 5 mins to Singleton park. Bikes can be hired on the promenade (or via a local company we can recommend for mountain bikes) and it’s a flat ride to mumbles which is a pretty and quaint seaside village. This property provides an excellent base in which to explore. Its also conveniently situated close to local parks, Swansea Beach and the Swansea town centre. A car is needed to explore the Gower and gain maximum benefit for your holiday, however there are lots of local attractions to explore on foot or bike and the closest beach is 15 minutes on foot.
