Rakaia's premier budget accommodation. Fully self contained unit situated on a 1/4 acre section which contains family home. The unit is situated in the Rakaia Township, within walking distance to shops, Cafe's and Pubs. Only 45mins from Christchurch and 20 mins from Ashburton. Rakaia is the Salmon Capital of NZ. Mt Hutt Ski Field is only an hour's drive away, book for your winter ski trip, Mountain Biking, or try out the new hot pools! Sunny, private and secure location, within walking distance to the shops, restaurants and pubs. Parking is on the left of the drive. Entrance is through the wooden gate to the left of the garage. I'm usually there to greet you, but if I'm not, I will let you know. The unit is very private and I prefer to give you your space. I'm always here if you need me. Rakaia is a quiet and friendly neighborhood. It's a small town, easy to walk around. Conveniently located to Christchurch, Ashburton and Methven. Rakaia is a small town, so easy to walk or bike around. A car is needed to reach other towns.
