Our freshly renovated and stylishly decorated 2-room apartment is in the center of Munich. 13 minutes on foot to Marienplatz and 7 minutes to the Oktoberfest. In the immediate vicinity, there is shopping and restaurants. Our apartment is ideal for business travelers, as well as couples and friends. There is a double bed with a size of 160 x 200 cm and there is a pull-out sleeper couch in the living room, on which two more people can sleep comfortably. Our guests get drinks, as well as coffee and tea, from us. We are available at any time for our guests during their stay and happily offer a shuttle service on request. Young and nice neighbors Bus 58 Kapuzinerstrasse, directly in front of the building door, runs directly to the main station U-Bahn U3/U6 Goetheplatz 5 minutes away on foot U-Bahn U3/U6 and U1/U2 Sendlinger Tor 9 minutes away on foot - 7-minute walk to the Oktoberfest. - 5-minute walk to the Isar - 12-minute walk to Marienplatz.
