3-room cosy place, 15 min from Caesarea and beach

Spacious apartment 15 min drive from Caesarea and local beaches. 40 min drive from both Tel Aviv and Haifa. 5 min walk from the main commercial street, while, at the same time being in a very quiet neighborhood. It has 1 living room and 2 bedrooms. The apartment was designed from scratch by an architect in 2015. The apartment has an independent access. Although it's partially underground, it has been designed to be as bright as possible, with the living room facing south. It's 55 square meters (~600 sq ft) of living space (walls not included) and has also been designed to avoid any loss of space. You will find essential amenities, as well as internet. The double bed is separable and there is a Shabbat timer in the living room and a Shabbat hot plate. A baby crib and high chair are available upon request, free of charge. There is also a washing machine in the apartment. We live upstairs so we are available if you need help. We speak English, French, Portuguese and Hebrew. The neighborhood of Haotsar is a calm residential area with the advantage of being 5 min walk from the main commercial street. Free parking is available in the residential area. The city of Hadera is well connected by car (highways 2 and 4), bus and train to the main population centers.
