Private Sunny Room and Garden

New comfortable home, with lovely mountain views, set in a private garden with secure parking space, 5 minutes from Takaka town and surrounded by beautiful beaches and walks. The room has it's own access and private bathroom. It's quiet and clean, with good light and morning sun. Enjoy the dawn chorus. There is a small fridge for your convenience, tea and coffee making facilities. If you come at the right time, there is fresh fruit from the orchard. Wireless WI-Fi is available on request free of charge. Otherwise I prefer to keep it off. If you enjoy natural living, there is also an outside shower. Access is through the carport and round the back of the house to allow for privacy. The back garden with table and chairs is a lovely space to relax in the shade or in the sun. I enjoy meeting new people and happy to provide information about the area and assist with any other queries. I'm often not home so let me know if you need anything before you come. This area is called "rural-residential". You can't really see the neighbors, but it's only 5 km from Takaka's centre with it's cafes and cinema, and 10 km the other way to the famous Mussel Inn, with their own brews and lively gigs. You can walk to the beach and the river mouth. It's quiet and safe. There is comfortable space for parking your car on the property. The local airport is very close, but you really need a car in the bay. Unless you enjoy hitchhiking! It is my home, please treat it like you would like others to treat yours.
