Our apartment is located just on the beach.The house has two floors.On the upper floor you will find one master bedroom with bathroom included and a small living room with extra bed in case you need it.On the down floor you will find a fully-equipped kitchen,2 bedrooms, the main bathroom, a comfortable living room with a fireplace and two balconies.Enjoy your breakfast or dinner on the wooden table on the front balcony as you staring at the sea.Only 112km from Athens &10 min from train station Our modern sea view apartment is located on the beach of Kato Diminio and offers all the comfort a visitor desire. An indoor and safe parking is provided for one car.The apartment is on the second floor of TRIIREIS residence complex. Also, right infront of the house there is a beautiful beach.A family beach umbrella and all the beach equipment you may need are provided to you. Besides, on 300metres on foot there is a lovely beach bar which offers breakfast,coffee,lunch,drinks. There is also space for activities on the beach. Right outside the house there is a local bus station where you can reach either Patra or Korinthos & Athens.In order to reach Kiato you should take the suburban railway which departs straight from Athens international airport and arrives in Kiato in 1hour & 30min approximately every hour from 05:25a.m to 9:25p.m. Alternatively if you want to rent a car,you may disembark at Korinthos and by car is a 20minutes drive. Kato diminio is next to Kiato. Kiato is a city by the sea 15-20min on foot from the house.If you don't have a car this place is the best choice.You can find anything you need such as supermarkets,restaurants,banks,bakeries,coffee places,beach-bars,nigth-clubs.etc..If you don't want to walk you may take a taxi or wait for the local bus.Besides there are really important places you can visit nearby such as: Mykines 50min by car Nafplio 1h by car Loutraki 30min by car Korinthos 20min by car Xylokastro 15min by car Sparta/Mystra 2h & a half by car We will be there the day of your arrival to show you the house and give you any extra information you need.
