This open and spacious house is self-contained and secluded. It is a beautiful place for families and friends to gather and is ideal for small mid week bosberaad and staff getaways. This stunning self catering/self service property is on 6 hectares of land with your own 100m waterfront. Sleeps 14 pax. Great escape for July and August school holidays. A modern purpose built holiday home is in a beautiful secure bay just 5km from Deneysville and 80 min from Johannesburg's Northern Suburbs. A peaceful, serene getaway with pool deck and huge African skies. Open your bedroom curtains and enjoy the expansive views over the water from the comfort of your bed. 5 well appointed en-suite bedrooms, two with private outside shower with a view. Plus large kids room with Boma and own fireplace. Double volume living area, pool table, darts, table tennis. The open plan area leads onto the patio, pool deck and Boma. Entire space except for the pantry (our storage space). The power boat and sail boats are also off limits for guest (welcome to bring your own as we have our own private slipway). Plenty of parking outside - no cover We have a caretaker who will welcome you and and assist with all queries . (I will be available on my cell anytime ) Contact details will be given when confirmation is done. If daily cleaning is wanted ( dishes, beds etc) you can deal directly with our caretaker to do this and to arrange a fee which must be paid in cash to the caretaker before you leave. Please know this is not a part of the cleaning fee we charge as that covers cleaning/laundry/ sanitising/garbage removal once you have left. Watersport lovers dream with your own slipway into the water, bring your motorboat jet ski's and toys .The dam has vast areas for tubing, sailing and canoe's. Lake Deneys Yacht Club is just across the water and has regular yacht races during the year, creating a wonderful scene in front of the house. In Deneysville there is a quaint little butcher " De Nice Butcher" where you can get most delicious meat, biltong, milk , bread, cakes and other fresh produce. 80 min from Johannesburg Northern Suburbs , 5 km on dirt road which can get muddy in rainy seasons so I will recommend a 4x4 when rainy weather is predicted but smaller cars can have access .
