Why staying here? We offer a functional apt only 5 minutes walking distance to the subway (red line-Sesto Rondò) that will take you downtown in 7 stops (10 min). It's in a strategic position, 1 minute from the Hospital and 1 minute from the supermarket (Esselunga). In this street there is the pharmacy, newsstand, bar and pizza to take away. In 10 minutes on walk you'll arrive at Carroponte (concerts area) and in the green park called "Parco Nord". ...and now enjoy your trip! Here's a list of of things we provide to our guest/s: - Elevator · Living Room: with sofa bed and a balcony - Bedroom : 1 double bed. The window views to an an internal and quite courtyard - Linen and towels are provided ⁃ A kitchen with little balcony : we have fridge, microwave ⁃ Bathroom with shower/bath (Towels, toilet paper, hair dryer are all provided) - A pratical little room can be used for your suitcase. Check in and check out are flexible. If possible, we always welcome guests personally to ensure they arrive well and understand all facilities . During your stay, you will be able to contact me anytime (sms, whatsup, email, phone...). IMPORTANT: - The apartment is located on a quiet building where local families live. For this reason, we usually do not host groups of youngsters except if we are completely sure they understand the house rules and will be extremely careful with the noise level.
