Apartment in farm-house, pool, b&b

This apartment, of 43sqm, is part of a Tuscan farmhouse (that also runs a restaurant where you eat) and can accommodate up to 5 people (double bed, single bed and sofa-bed). It is composed of bedroom, bathroom with shower and living room with kitchenette. On the ground floor (there are 4 steps at the entrance), equipped with TV, oven and heating. The apartment is on the ground floor of a rustic farmhouse in the Tuscan countryside, completely restored in 1998. In the farm there are 3 other apartments, including the owners one (me and my family are always present). The apartment has a private entrance and private outdoor space in front of the house. Then there are the common areas such as the pool and the restaurant where you can taste the delicacies cooked by mom Patrizia with the farm products. You will have an apartment complete with bathroom, bedroom and kitchen. Therefore you can choose to be in complete autonomy, or take advantage of the catering service (at additional cost). The swimming-pool is open during summer, usually from 15th May until 15th September. The Dell'Omo family will be at your disposal for the entire stay. Hospitality and authenticity are our watchwords. We like to stay in contact with guests but at the same time respect their privacy. My parents unfortunately only speak Italian but despite this, they always put all their effort in making you feel welcome and comfortable. Anyway, when I'm not at home, I'm always reachable via Airbnb, sms, phone calls... never hesitate to contact me! The farm offers the possibility of staying half-board, with breakfast and dinner being served in the common dining room. You can easily choose day by day whether to take advantage of this service (you can also choose to have only breakfast or dinner). It's important to communicate your choice one day in advance. Meals are prepared with typical products of our farm. The prices for this service are as follows: - Breakfast: 5.00 € / day / person - Dinner: 20.00 € / day / person Dinner includes a main course (usually homemade pasta), a second course with side dish, dessert, water, our own wine and coffee. Children up to 3 do not pay; from 3 to 10 years old pay half. Any specific request for meals, including any allergies and / or intolerances, must be promptly communicated. In our farm pets are welcome! Arriving at the farm you can find a number of pets in outdoor areas: we have 4 horses, 4 dogs and many cats, as well as other animals such as hens, pigeons, rabbits and a peacock.
