Rustic 3 bedroom guest house with patio and grill, sleeps 9, on 4 acre estate in Bryn Mawr. Carriage house has a fully equipped kitchen, large smart TV in den and 2 addtional smart TV's in bedrooms, washer/drier, & 1 bathroom on second floor. Free strong WiFi. Near Universities/colleges, SAP, DO test center, Villanova, Haverford, Newtown Square and a 35 min drive to downtown Philadelphia and 25 min to PHL airport. Safe private off street parking for 4 vehicles/trailers/trucks. Available for long or short term rental. This charming carriage house is great for families or business travel. With 3 bedrooms there are 6 beds that easily sleeps 9 if people share king/queen beds and there are 2 sofas in the den. Basic essentials are provided, linens, blankets, towels, shampoo, soap, hair drier, etc. The living room has a large cable TV, free WiFi and games for adults and kids to play. The kitchen is stocked with essentials, crock pot, blender, posts/pans, utensils, microwave, toaster over, coffee maker, etc . There is also a washer and dryer provided. One bathroom and bedrooms all on the second floor, 2 bedrooms also have smart TV's. Very safe and private parking can accommodate large vehicles, trailers and motor homes located far from the street. Guests rent out the entire carriage house and have it to themselves. Township quiet hours outside after 9PM. There is self check in and self check out so you wont meet the host unless you cross paths on the driveway or while putting out the trash at the wood shed. The host lives in the main house and is available by phone and text to answer any questions. Plenty of parking for 5 cars in front of carriage house, if more parking is needed just let host know and arrangements can be made for additional private parking on the premises. Very secluded, safe private parking off the street and easy parking for large vehicles and trailers. Only a 5 minute drive to major towns such as Bryn Mawr, Wayne, Villanova, Haverford, Havertown, Newtown Square and only 5 minute drive to the highway 476. Host lives in the main house on the property. There is self check in and self check out so chances are you won’t meet the host but she is available by phone or text to answer any questions and she can come to the carriage house if she is available or needed. The host also rents out the main house so you may see others guests come and go in the driveway. The upscale quiet Mainline neighborhood of Bryn Mawr is great for easy access to highway 476 & 76 for a short drive to downtown Philadelphia (35 min) or to the airport via I95 (25 min) or King of Prussia (15 min). Within 10 minutes drive to Villanova, Wayne, Bryn Mawr, Haverford, Radnor, & Newtown Square. A 7-10 minute drive to Septa train station also makes a short train commute to center city. We are located near many colleges/universities that you can drive, Uber, or bike. The location is great for easy access to highway 476 & 76 for a short drive to downtown Philadelphia (30 min) or to the airport (25 min) or King of Prussia (15 min). We are located near many colleges/universities that you can drive, Uber, or bike to. Plenty of parking in private driveway that vehicles can not be seen from the street. Can fit large vehicles, trailers, moving vans, etc.. Downtown Philadelphia 35 minute drive. Philadelphia airport 25 minute drive. Towels, linens and basic toiletries are provided. No parties and no illegal drugs allowed on property. No smoking inside house, there is an outside porch with grill and table and chairs to relax on. One must climb steps to reach the carriage house and there are stairs to second floor bedroom and bathroom. No bedrooms on first floor. Not handicap accesible. There is only 1 bathroom located on the second floor. The main house does get rented out as well so you might encounter or see other Airbnb guests in the driveway.
