Relaxing Italian corner house

An ancient typical Italian house set in a small village, an hour from all the big cities of the north (Genoa, Milan,Turin). Close to the motorway and a fashion outlet, this is the best place for enjoying the Italian beauties in an Italian beauty. The house is independent. It has vaults in view, a fully equipped kitchen and a large library with a wide choice of books regarding everything, from history,art or fashion, till the classic fiction books (some of them are also in other languages). Moreover, the house includes a living room of considerable size in which it is possible to sink in the comfortable sofas and relax. As the house is independent, the hosts have their own entrance just 10 metres far from our own. However, in case of any necessity, the house is connected to us by the presence of another door that leads to our garden. We are really glad each time we host somebody in our (URL HIDDEN) is a pleasure for us to speak and interact with them, and help them in case of necessity.. more than gladly we are open to give suggestions on places to see, restaurants, events and other particularities of our area. Besides, there is the possibility of having a painting course for children (on request). The village has every necessary service: station and buses that can get you everywhere. In addition, there are as well taxies in the adjacent city of Novi Ligure. Really close to the house there is a supermarket and the centre of Pozzolo is two minutes walking far (here it is possible to find other shops).The neighbourhood is usually quiet, and it is usually easy to find where to park. On request it is possible to utilise bikes. Train Station and buses both in Pozzolo and in the adjacent Novi Ligure(in case of interest for going to the outlet) Close to 3 gren golfs,to the Gavi hills ( renown for its wine),and 10 minutes from Serravalle outlet. 20 minutes from the studio of the painting of the ''Quarto Stato'': Giuseppe Pellizza da volpedo. Antiques market and flea markets are often held in the various villages, sometimes also during the late evenining/night ( write us for more informations) We are also close to the valli Borbera, Curone , Ovadese e Acquese . From the period that goes from may to october there are different ''sagre'' of the different villages in which you have the opportunity to try the real and varied food of the area. The garden is always available: people can sit and relax at all the time. We also have bikes that can be used for having a nice, relaxing and scenic trip around the area.
