Private room in marvellous Morningside

Freshly renovated, with new carpet, living area tiles, paint and fans this unit boasts a modern flair. It is centrally located in Morningside, just minutes away from the bustling Oxford Street in Bulimba where restaurants, bars and cinemas await to entertain you. Brisbane city is a hop and skip away with the train from Morningside (10 min walk from the unit) taking less than 15 mins to get to Central station. Come stay :) There is a queen size bed with a new mattress in the room as well as a desk and chair. There is space in the wardrobe to hang your clothes and a ceiling fan to keep you cool in summer. The room has its own private balcony that recieves the afternoon sun making it perfect to sit and unwind after a big day of sightseeing. Your privacy is guaranteed with a lock on the bedroom door and your own bathroom. Guests will have access to their room, private balcony, bathroom and shared access to the living room and kitchen Happy to interact or give space as wished. The unit is located right on the boundary between Morningside, Hawthorne and Bulimba three beautiful affluent areas of east Brisbane. There are many parks and great coffee shops nearby and the Brisbane River is less than 2km from the unit. Plenty of restaurants, bars and cinemas within a 5 min drive. Bus stops are less than 200m from the house that will take you into the city. Train station and ferry station are about 1 km away I appreciate a clean and tidy house and ask that you respect this by cleaning up after yourself. Remember this is my home and all the contents inside are my personal belongings, many of which I have accumulated over my years of travelling the world and are very precious and valuable to me, so please treat them with care and respect. This means not removing any artworks off the walls and not handling any of my trinkets/collections. Also please be aware that I do not have Wi-Fi or a TV.
