House is located in an unspoilt, natural environment surrounded by vineyards and olive orchards. It is a perfect getaway for a family that wants to relax and enjoy some quality time together. The living room, toliets and kitchen are at the ground floor, while on the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. You can grill on the covered terrace while your children carelessly play in the large garden that is at your disposal. Near the house there are a lot of cycling routes and footpaths. The surrounding villages perfectly offering some wonderful gastronomical delights. The apartment is furnished in 19. century style. Park place in front of the apartment is guaranteed. The landscape is mystical and filled with deep peace. There are woods, vineyards and olive trees all around. The nearby river Dragonja with its pools is also unforgettable. Surroundings offer unforgettable possibilities to explore Istria hiking, biking or simply enjoy in local food and wine. Location is the ideal choice for all nature lovers, cyclists, those who love long walks and romantics, as well for families with small children. Just a few kilometres away there are beautiful historical towns which lie by the seaside: Koper, Izola, Piran and short drive away your are at coastal side. We are opened for visitors throughout the year, every season has something special to offer. Nearby one can find everything what they need: coffee bars, exellent restaurants, grocery stores, a pharmacy, a bank and a post office, and in the surroundings enjoy the wineyards and taste the local wine in many wineries There is public transport available several times during working days and nearest stop is approximately 500 m away. There is a private parking space right next to the house where you can park your car free of charge. If guest want any suggestion regarding nearby places, restaurant, nice spots happy to assist and help them. Tourist tax has to be paid on spot before departure. If the appartment is left dirty additional fee for cleaning can apply based on actual costs.
