Guest Suite - stylish, private, no cleaning fee

We are a family of four. My husband and I are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and we respectfully ask that our guests are too. This aims to protect our children and future guests…. Stay in our new, beautifully appointed, private guest suite with close proximity to Airports, Brisbane Ent. Centre, Westfield Chermside and Nundah Village. The train line is nearby and the bus to the CBD is across the road. Plentiful breakfast items are provided. There is free street parking outside our property. COVID 19 ALERT We are excited that the Queensland border has reopened. We respectfully request our guests to be in compliance with current COVID restrictions, including double vaccination requirements to access hospitality from December 17. My husband and I are doubly vaccinated and need to ensure our two children, future guests, and the community in which we live are protected. Your beautifully appointed private suite includes: - queen bed - WIFI - connection details provided in the app - TV with remote - reverse cycle air-con - ceiling fan - bar fridge - block-out blinds - large shower - washing machine, clothes horse, clothes line - toiletry supplies - ample wardrobe space - French doors that open to the garden - private guest access around the side of the house Shared facilities include: - large covered patio with outdoor dining and seating - carport parking by negotiation A continental breakfast is provided each morning - tea, coffee, cereals, muesli, a range of milks, bread for toasting, etc. The guest suite has a toaster, kettle, bar fridge, crockery and cutlery. We will greet you on arrival to make sure you have everything you need, and meet our dogs. Providing we are at home, we are more than happy to assist you with a variety of needs. We love assisting with places of interest, public transport and local eateries. Wavell Heights is a well-established, family friendly leafy suburb in Brisbane's inner north. It is well placed for those wishing to have a quieter stay that is in close proximity to the airport, DFO, Westfield Chermside, Nundah Village and the Shorncliff - City train line. Also, the bus to the CBD is across the road (Stop 48; Bus 322). The Shorncliff - City train (blue) line is nearby with Nundah, Northgate and Virginia stations all within 3km. Also, the bus to the CBD and cultural precinct is right across the road at Stop 48 (Bus 322). We have two well behaved and friendly kelpies. They sleep out the back. If you are not comfortable with interacting with dogs in a minimal way (i.e. as you come and go), then we may not be the best fit for you.
