This is a weekly rental. Cozy, immaculate, lakefront cottage on quiet, dead-end street with fabulous lakeside deck and swimming pool, efficiency kitchen, full bath, a/c and heat, 2 BR (1 within the main cottage, the second as a separate, stand-alone room in a separate cottage three feet away) sleeps 4. Fully furnished. All utilities plus WiFi and cable included. On-site parking. Easy access to downtown Plattsburgh, state park and beach, Point au Roche, hiking and biking trails, restaurants and cinema. Linens, toilet paper, dishwashing soap supplied. Absolutely no smoking, no pets. Again, please note, the two bedrooms are not physically joined. There is a three foot space between the two buildings. Please see the photographs. There is a spectular view of the Vermont mountains, wonderful bird-watching (osprey, Eagles, Kingfisher, many types of Seagulls, Humming Birds, etc.) Two 3-wheel bicycles, canoe and paddle boat are available. Great place for fishing. (Guests registered for fishing tournaments are offered a discount) Use of pool, lake, bicycles and boats is at your own risk. Guests welcome to use Pool, canoe, paddle boat, row boat, 3 wheeled bikes (2); large lakeside deck, BBQ facilities including briquettes. Help in garden very welcomed!! Collin Point Road is a deadend; houses mostly on one side, other side, large farm fields. Full-time residents mostly local professionals. Get around into Plattsburgh or local store via car, bike, 2-3 mile walk one way. Ferry to Vermont 2 1/2 miles, local bus stop 1 mile This is a weekly rental.
