Staying at this newly built you have the privilege of privacy and greatest view to sea.The house is surrounded with olive trees and situated in a hill,only 200m from the sandy Astrakeri beach.Guests can find seaside traditional taverns at 200m. Featuring mosquito nets in doors and windows,all air-conditioned rooms open to a balcony with Adriatic sea view. The first floor has three bedrooms,one of them has a queen size bed and a wardrobe,the other one has one single bed and a contemporary open wardrobe and the third one has one single bed and a wardrobe.Bathroom with a shower and a laundry take place in the first floor too.The upper floor has a living room,a flat-screen t.v and a dining area.A fully equipped kitchen with all the facilities needed and a w.c take place in the upper floor too.Furthermore,upstairs there is an attic with a single bed which can be used by an extra person free.
