The apartment - family house, quiet part of Praque.Connection- / Wenceslas Square / 25 min. We are not to close to the centre, but here is really lovely place, quiet, without high traffic. The bus stop- 5-minute walk.The flat: bedroom + kitchen+Living Room with sleeping part , bathroom accessories. The third room /of my brother/ is locked. large spacious apartment The BR has doublebed +1 extra bed, the LR has sofas distribution, thus creating four comfortable doublebed and 2 extra beds. Kitchen full equipped, bathroom with shower and separately WC. Suitable for families with older children . Separate apartment, with kitchen, 1 bedrooms /3 beds/+1 LR -living room /4 beds/, bathroom and WC. The third room is not available and is locked. /My brother is not here mostly at this time, he comes just for few days in the year - mostly 1 -2 days in the month/. He doesnť share parts with guest. Just walking distance through the kitchen./ We usually live in the house. We are always on the phone. The house is located in a quiet area, in a residential area quiet, low cars and tourism at night and during the day at least. Near the green, to the centre of Prague - taxi 15 minutes by public transport in 25 minutes. Rooms are spacious and large. We're not in the centre, there is very nice peace for living and sleeping, safety for children and parking, nature walks, a small shop nearby, bus links to the city's 1 or 2 times in an hour. A taxi costs 10-25 Euros / 4 people max / bus stop 100m Mrkosova / every hour/ , in a high traffic / every 30min-1 hour/ bus stop Kazínská or Radotinska - 8 min walk - 500m centrum - bus+metro or bus - it takes 15-20 min taxi from centre - +- 250-500 Czk / Liftago/ Breakfast - extra fee 150 CZK / person. privat Airport transfer f.e.- airport 600 CZK / path - max 4 persons Optional: meals, ironing, laundry, trips Price for accomodation is for 1-2 persons, other extra person 13 Eur/day Extra charge for energy - using a washing machine and a massage shower - 1000CZK / month - payable on arrival. - City tax - extra CASH payment - 21 CZK/person/day - by arrival- cash - you can be charge - extra money - for long using shower , for massage shower, frequent washing, baking - all depends on energy consumption , the status is communicated every 10 days, but with normal using you will not be charged, donť worry.
