Palm Tree House is a large, stunning, new build, mid terrace house with large rooms and luxurious features throughout, views from the bay window in the sitting room and from the master bedroom of Summers Beach. There is a large decked area in the garden which is the perfect spot for some al-fresco dining with furniture, while utilising the Outback gas barbecue. All the rooms are spacious and it sleeps 10 comfortably. St Mawes is one of Cornwall's most desirable holiday destinations and the stunning harbour surrounded by lovely local shops, excellent restaurants, bars and top hotels is a constant source of interest and entertainment during the season. There is a never ending variety of boating to keep the view changing, kayaks paddling out of the harbour, regular ferry passenger services to Falmouth and other destinations up the Fal estuary, the constant activity of sailing boats both large and small and shipping movements further out to sea will keep all amused. During the winter it is a quiet, peaceful village. With the bedrooms split over 2 floors and the living space in between it is a good option for inter generational stays or for two families to share the house whilst still enjoying high levels of privacy. It offers all the facilities one expects of a modern home including 3.5 bathrooms, underfloor heating, a fully equipped kitchen (including Nespresso machine) and fully equipped utility room (including tumble dryer). The location is stunning, being only around 300m from the centre of town, the harbour and Summers beach. Ground Floor: Rear door to garden enters into corridor with doors to; double bedroom with a super king bed and storage. Another bedroom with either a king or two singles and storage. Family bathroom with bath, separate shower, WC and hand basin. Utility room with a washer, a dryer and sink. Stairs to first floor.
