Also you can see the ocean out from the bedroom on the second floor! Working desks are prepared on each bedroom so please feel free to use them to refresh your working condition :-) This accommodation is available for maximum 10 people so recommended for a family trip, friends trip or any other occasion! "Hayama Ocean View: QRP House" is located on top of the hill in Hayama area and you can even see a beautiful ocean view out from 2nd floor! Maximum 10 people stay is available. There are living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom with bunk beds on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds on each. I have prepared a working space on each bedroom so that you can enjoy the view while you do a work remotely. This accommodation is available only for you! Even the check-in is a self-check-in so all you will need to do is completing a check-in process using an iPad located inside the listing. If you are searching for a place to rest after your busy tourism around Kamakura, Zushi or Enoshima, this is the place! Some beaches (Morito Beach and Isshiki Beach) are quite close to here and I recommend you to visit Hayama Park for a walk with a cup of coffee :-) There are some local bakery, cafes, restaurants and coffee stands so I hope you enjoy the local life here in Hayama. This accommodation has a parking space available for 2 cars so you can come here by car if that is what you want! ※ If you are coming with a big car, please make sure to message me beforehand as the road can get quite narrow at the end. The nearest bus stop "Hayama primary school" is less than 10 minutes walk away and you can get to Zushi station easily. Of course, you can get to Kamakura/Shonan area without feeling inconvenient however, it is not that far to visit Yokohama, Kawasaki or Shinagawa from Zushi station too! The nearest train station: Zushi/Hayama St. (Keikyu Zushi line) Zushi St. (Yokosuka line) ･As for the sweet potatoes, pre-order is needed. You will need to stop by the shop near Keikyu Zushi-Hayama St. on a scheduled date. ･This accommodation is in the residential area. Please do NOT use here for any parties or events and make sure to keep your noise level down during your stay. Please be mindful of your noise levels especially after 7 PM. Also please do NOT go outside and use the garden except for smoking after 8 PM. If we get a lot of complaints about the noise during your stay, we are afraid to ask you for a penalty. ･DO NOT enter the room which has a lock on it. Also I am locking one bedroom (just right next to the front door) depending on the number of people. Unless you will be staying with more than 6 people, please do not use this room and only use beds/futon mattresses of your reserved number. I might charge you for a house rule penalty if you use the room without asking me beforehand so please be careful about it. ･You can bring only ONE small sized dog with the extra fee. Please message me beforehand if you would like to take your doggie with you. And if you would like to take more than that, one with bigger size or other pet, please ask me before you make the reservation :-) ･Smoking is not allowed on this property or surrounding area. ･Please separate the trash. If you left way more than the normal use and big-sized trash (such as suitcases), please understand that I might be able to asking you to pay the extra fee. ･My accommodation is located in the residential area of Hayama. The road leads to the house can be little narrow to go up by car so please be careful when you are heading on the way. (If you are coming with a big car, I recommend you to message me beforehand to check if it is possible to go up.) [For guests who stay more than 2 weeks] I can schedule a cleaning, changing linens and adding amenities during your stay so please feel free to message me if you want one.
